About me 

 

I have over ten years experience in the mental health field and have worked with many individuals from diverse backgrounds struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.

 

I am passionate and dedicated to support individuals in understanding themselves better and finding effective tools and coping strategies to regain control of their lives. This helps to reduce psychological distress and have you feel equipped with knowledge and healthier ways to manage your difficulties so that you can thrive in your wellbeing journey.
